या वर्षी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया दि. १ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सुरु होईल. ही प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्व प्राथमिक गटातील शिशुगट मराठी माध्यम व इंग्रजी माध्यम ज्युनिअर केजी साठीची आहे. अन्य कोणत्याही वर्गांसाठी ही प्रवेश प्रक्रिया नाही.

प्रवेशासाठी वयोमर्यादा शासकीय परिपत्रक दि. १९ जानेवारी २०२३ नुसार निश्चित करण्यात आली असून मराठी व इंग्रजी दोन्ही माध्यमासाठी शासन नियमानुसार पाल्याचे वय दि. ३१ डिसेंबर २०२४ ला ४ वर्ष पूर्ण असावे. (दि. १ जुलै २०१९ ते ३१ डिसेंबर २०२० मध्ये जन्मलेले विद्यार्थी प्रवेशपात्र आहेत.)

दि. १ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सकाळी ९.३० ते ४ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सायंकाळी ६.०० पर्यंत माहितीपत्रकाची आवेदने स्वीकारण्यात येतील.
दि. १ एप्रिल पूर्वी अर्ज भरल्यास अर्ज ग्राह्य धरला जाणार नाही.
फक्त online पद्धतीने भरलेले माहितीपत्रक प्रक्रियेसाठी ग्राह्य धरले जाईल. छापील प्रत केंद्रात जमा करण्याची गरज नाही.

माहितीपत्रक भरताना १ किलोमीटर अंतरावर राहणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे माहितीपत्रक भरावे. त्या परीघाबाहेर राहणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे माहितीपत्रक भरू नये.

घर स्वतःचे असल्यास निवास पुरावा (लाईट बिल) त्या पत्त्याचे असावे. तसेच भाडे तत्वावर रहात असल्यास पोलीस व्हेरिफिकेशन प्रतिसह, शासकीय नोंदणीकृत भाडेकरार पुरावा म्हणून असावा. पालक व विद्यार्थी यांच्या आधारकार्डवरही १ किलोमीटरच्या आतील पत्ता असावा.

यासाठी कोणतीही पालकसभा होणार नाही.
माहितीपत्रक भरल्यानंतर शासनाने दिलेल्या तारखांनाच प्रवेश निश्चिती होईल याची पालकांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

Admission process will start on 1^st 2024. This admission process of Pre – Primary Section will be only for Junior Kg English Medium and Shishuvarg Marathi Medium and not for any other standards.

As per the Government rule of 19^th January 2023, the age of the child should be 4years on 31^st December 2024 for both mediums. (Children born between 1^st July, 2019 to 31^st December 2020 are eligible for this admission process.)

The applications for admission will be accepted from 1^st April 2024, 9.30 am till 4^th April, 2024, 6.00pm.
Only admission applications filled online will be considered for this process. No need to submit the printed copy of the same.
The admission applications filled before 1^st April, 2024 will not be considered for this process.

Children who are residents only within 1 km. area should fill the Application form. Those who are residing outside 1 Km. radius should not fill the Application form.

For home owners – Residence proof (Electricity bill) should be of that address. If living on rental basis, police verified Government registered rent agreement is must.

This address should be within 1km. on Aadhaar card of parents and students.

No parents meeting will be held for this.
Parents should note that admission will be confirmed only on the dates given by the government after filling the Application form.

मराठी माध्यम – ९० जागा

जुळी मुले असल्यास पालकांनी दोन स्वतंत्र माहितीपत्रके भरावी.
मराठी व इंग्रजी माध्यमासाठी दोन स्वतंत्र माहितीपत्रके गरजेची आहेत.
विभागातील सर्व प्रवेश हे शासनाने सांगितलेल्या नियमानुसारच होणार आहेत.

प्रवेशासाठीचे निकष:

निगडी केंद्रातील सदस्यांच्या अपत्यास प्रथम प्राधान्य. (किमान ५ वर्ष पूर्ण)
सख्खे भावंड या विद्यालयात शिकत असल्यास त्यांना माध्यमनिहाय प्राधान्य. मोठ्या भावंडाचा प्रवेश RTE अंतर्गत झाला असल्यास त्यांना सदर निकष लागू होणार नाही.
इतर सर्व प्रवेश हे निवास क्षेत्रानुसारच दिले जातील. विद्यालयापासून १ किलोमीटर अंतराच्या आतील निवासस्थान असणाऱ्यांना लॉटरी पद्धतीने प्रवेश दिले जातील.
१ किलोमीटर मधील माहितीपत्रकांची संख्या उपलब्ध जागांपेक्षा अधिक आल्यास लॉटरी पद्धतीने निवड होईल.

माहितीपत्रक भरतानाच्या सूचना :

मराठी माध्यमात प्रवेश घेऊ इच्छिणाऱ्या पालकांनी माहितीपत्रक मराठीतूनच भरावे. मराठीसाठी युनिकोड चा वापर करावा.
माहितीपत्रक भरताना योग्य मेल आयडी आणि फोन नंबर लिहीणे आवश्यक आहे. पुढील संपर्कासाठी हे गरजेचे आहे. माहितीपत्रक भरल्यानंतर अर्जात दिलेल्या email वर माहितीपत्रकाची प्रत येईल.
माहितीपत्रक भरताना पत्त्यासोबत google map चे बटन असेल. तेथे जाऊन आपल्या घराचे location set करावे.
आपल्या घराचा सेक्टर क्र. माहितीपत्रकात निवडावा. सेक्टर क्रमांक नसल्यास ‘NO’ असे निवडावे.
माहितीपत्रकात विद्यार्थ्यांचा आधार क्रमांक भरायचा आहे.
माहितीपत्रक भरताना मुलाचा सध्याचा आयकार्ड साईजचा ५० KB पर्यंतचा फोटो अपलोड करावा.
माहितीपत्रक भरल्यानंतर पालकांनी त्याची छापील प्रत घ्यावी. ही प्रत केंद्रात जमा करायची गरज नाही. मराठी माध्यमातील माहितीपत्रकाची प्रिंट HTML मध्ये काढावी.
ऑनलाईन सोडतीचा निकाल १८ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सर्वांसमक्ष व ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने विद्यालयाच्या YouTube channel वर सकाळी ११ वा. काढला जाईल. तो निकाल आपणास मेल व SMS द्वारे कळवला जाईल.

शासकीय नियमानुसार प्रवेश प्रक्रियेत बदल होऊ शकतो.

For English medium 25 seats are available [Remaining 25% seats are considered for RTE students.]

For twins two separate forms must be filled.
Different application forms are required for Marathi and English medium.
All admissions in the department will be as per the Government rules.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

First priority will be given to the children of Nigdi Kendra’s Staff. (Minimum 5 years should be completed.)
Preference will be given to the siblings of current students for the same medium. This criteria is not applicable to students who is admitted to RTE.
All other admissions will be given according to the area of residence eg.1 kilometer.
Lottery method will be used for selection if numbers of applications are more than available seats within in 1kilometre.

Instructions for filling form

Those who want admission in English Medium must fill the admission applications in English.
Correct E-Mail ID & Phone number must be entered while filling the admission applications. These are important for further communication. After successful submission of application you will receive the copy of filled form on your mentioned E-mail ID.
For Address information set location on Google Map using set location button.
Fill your sector number in the specified field. If the sector number is not available, select NO.
Student’s Aadhaar number must be filled in the admission application.
The current photo of the child of maximum 50kb should be uploaded in the admission application.
After submission of application, please take the print of the same with the registration number for your reference. Please do not submit that printed copy of application in the school.
The online draw will be held on18th April 2024 at 11:00 am on the {school YouTube channel} The result of the draw will be informed to parents by SMS and the mail.

The admission process is subject to Government rules.
