SPECIAL ACTIVITIES OF SECTION
Story Narration by teachers during weekly Upasana
Std 1 and 2 – Stories related to moral values. (animals ,birds, fairies)
Std 3 and 4 – Stories from the book Shyamchi aai , Vivekananda, Totochan
Grouping for subjects – Grammar and Maths for std 3 and 4. Small groups make it easy for the students to listen and understand the concepts more clearly . One to one talk between the student and teacher is possible. . Doubts can be cleared easily. Rigorous practice can be taken. Challenges can be given as per the capability of the group.
Skill Training for Std 3 and 4– Students are given an exposure to different art forms other than academics. Art forms like singing , dancing , drama , playing musical instruments ( tabla , harmonium , flute), as well as, computer literacy, hands on science experiments (Muktangan exploratory), craft.
